Tasting Notes
From warm sandy vineyards close to the sea, cooled by the north-easterly Grecale wind. Brilliant ruby red. Intense aromas of ripe red fruit and red-fruit jam with delicate balsamic notes recalling the Mediterranean scrub. Fresh and savoury on the palate with light but well-structured, soft and enveloping tannins — full, warm and balanced, with good depth and a long, silky finish. Matured in stainless steel, which keeps the fruit forward and the style unoaked.
