Tasting Notes
The estate's everyday Vermentino, from the sandy calcareous soils near Alghero and shaped by the sea breezes off the Tyrrhenian. Straw yellow with green reflections. Bright citrus — lime and grapefruit — with white blossom and a delicate almond note. Light-bodied with lively acidity and the gently bitter almond finish typical of the grape. Fermented and held in stainless steel; at its best drunk young.
